Our Origins
For more than three decades, our parents have owned and oversee olive orchards in the village of Vordonia, Greece. With the rich flavors that the purely organic olives had, we wanted to bring them to Canada to let more people experience it for themselves.
What Sets Our Oil Apart
Oliveos olive oil is certified organic which means that there was no fertilizer or pesticides used during the farming for its production of the olive oil.
We have a limited crop production every year and each batch of hand-picked olives are cold pressed within the day of harvest. This ensures that each bottle does not get altered between the pressing and bottling processes.
Apart from this, our oil has free acidity between 0.3% and 0.5% that allows it to have a smooth taste with just the right amount of spice.
